Terms & Conditions

  1. Registration fee is non-refundable.
  2. No student will be admitted to the School until the Registration Fee has been paid in full and the Contractual Agreement has been signed.
  3. Cancellations before or on 31st March are subject to 50% charge of the advanced FULL tuition payment. No refunds on advanced monthly payments.
  4. Students may change subjects until 28 February. No changes or cancellations after 28 February.
  5. School fees are payable in advance.
  6. Examination fees are the responsibility of the person or organization responsible for payment of the student’s school fees and are not part of the tuition fees.
  7. Written notice of one full term is required should the parent/guardian wish to withdraw a student from the school.
  8. Should notice be received in the middle of a term for the end of term, the following term’s fees will be due in lieu of notice.
  9. Monthly payments received 1st of each month will be charged an interest of 5%.
  10. Parents/guardians should notify school when a learner is sick or absent from school.
  11. Please attach certified copies of most recent school report, birth certificate, ID or Passport and parent or guardian’s identification documents to this application form.
  12. All tuition fees/school fees must be paid in full before the final examination starts.
